“RubyShoesDay is a fantastic shop to buy from mail order. Their description of the shoes, size and colour are spot on. They send your order out in good time, and with a personal note. Last, but not least, the name of their shop is so memorable you can find it again very easily.”

“They were amazing. Two days and I had my new shoes. Too big. In the box I found an handwritten card with kind words of gratitude. Half an hour later I used the same bag (strong, paper bag) to send them back. The same evening I received the email with the new tracking nr and the day after I had my new shoes (perfectly fitting my feet, this time!). Wrapped in the same paper bag but with a new handwritten card. So: they care for the environment; they care for their costumers; they are quick, professional and utterly kind. Thank you!🙏🏼 🥰”

“Loved the shoes but the sizing was different on the boot to what is listed on the website so I am waiting for an exchange. Website stated boot was size 41 but when it came it was a 42”

“I bought 2 pairs of Heavenly Feet boots recently, which I am so delighted with I just ordered a third pair. Soft faux leather, gorgeous colours, perfect fit, comfy from the moment they arrived. Great service from RubyShoes, with easy online ordering and prompt delivery. Nice packaging, fully recyclable. All round 5* and many thanks from me! I'll be back xx”

“Unfortunately the shoes I purchased were not suitable for me. They had a lovely wide toe box but not wide enough across my foot. I have bunions so they were too tight for me in width but fit in the length.They were beautifully made and I was a bit gutted they didn't fit !”

“Excellent service. Unfortunately, the boots I purchased were not the same as those in the photograph, and I had to return them. They were lovely boots but not quite for me. My money was refunded immediately. I do recommend ths company.”
