“Absolutely amazing customer service on Saturday when I returned my size 6 boots for a size 5 with the owner of the shop.......... Lovely shop visit every year around Christmas but bought these particular boots online so probably in future will try on in the the shop which would also be a good excuse to visit Hebden too!”

“The best shoes i’ve had since I was a child and I am 70! So wonderful to put shoes on that don’t need ‘wearing in’ My daughter bought a pair first and I just fell in love with the look of them first I wanted blue like she had but could only get violet so am hoping in the new year you may have some more colours available Very good service as well arrived 4 days after ordering thank you”

“My first purchase from this company and I was very surprised at the amazing customer service. I placed my order and shortly afterwards got a call asking if I had read the shoe came up a little small. Thank goodness they did. I asked for a size larger and got them within 2 days. Inside the box was a lovely hand written thank you note and my beautiful new shoes. They fit perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Excellent quality shoes that are super comfy. Will buy again.”
