“Great prices, fantastic build quality of product, and amazing customer service. I’d highly recommend Ruby for anyone looking for quality products at competitive prices. Any issues I had were dealt with courteously and efficiently by the lovely customer service team - special mention to Nikki and Tyla who were lovely to speak with and sorted things right out for me (and my mum who had also placed order with them)!”

“Fantastic service. I ordered 17 panels until we fitted the 17th panel we realized we need another one . I went back on the WS to order 1 more but it was out of stock. I called the company spoken to a lady . She was very helpful and arranged to have another panel sent out for me in just 2 days time . She thoughts it would be a lot to charge delivery for just one panel . She generously arranged free delivery for me . Superb service . The fences are amazing quality too . Best Buy of the year for me . Thank you .”

“Absolutely excellent . Ordered log lap online after calling to speak to company to check they had in stock and it arrived the very next week , super quick delivery . Wood looks great and delivery driver unloaded it all and placed it where we needed it . Competitive price . Very pleased with service will use again and would highly recommend.”
