“Delivery was quick & the two man team assembled the chair for me. The chair is everything that was advertised. Good looking & comfortable, although a little to upright for me (although I guess this is personal choice). The fabric is very nice & the colour is exactly the same as the pictures. There's no red flags here!”

“Ordered the grey Sofia 3 seater, really pleased with the luxury feel! Although the cushions don't seem to be filled enough, have had to return one. Otherwise enjoying it! Great delivery team, friendly and helpful”

“Customer service was great. We wanted to check the sofa we wanted was in stock and could be delivered within the next 1-3 weeks as advertised on the website. Received the sofa in the time advertised online. Sofa was packaged well and looks amazing.”

“Rebeza were brilliant with communication. Any questions I had they answered quickly. There was a slight snitch with delivery to to van breaking down (can’t be helped), but delivered the very next day. Communication throughout was good. Orders kitchen island, really lovely, good quality and put together by the delivery team. Would recommend.”

“Positives Sofa quality excellent. Only assmebly required was the sofa legs. Good delivery times. Delivery updates provided. Negative 21Oct2021 Update - Company provided refund on replacement leg purchase. Wrong legs provided for the Ottaman. No replacement legs provided after contacting the company. Ended up buying legs from another vendor.”

“They only have a four star review as the first attempt at a deliver went a bit wrong (was delivered to the wrong end of the country first time) - even after multiple phone calls to the office and the driver and after reading some of the reviews I just thought OMG what have I done............................However, the Sofia sofa was delivered the following day, the drivers put the sofa together for me, both removed their shoes before entering the house and were both very pleasant. The sofa.............well all these little problems have just faded away as I'm over the moon with my purchase, it's classy, comfy and has brought a touch of class to my living room - I LOVE IT.................don't be put off by less than positive reviews as the end product is worth it.”

“Great price for 2 sofa's. Delivered when they said they would. Whilst the delivery men did some accidental damage when delivering Rubeza are sorting out reimbursing the costs involved in repairing the damage & replacing a broken fused glass artwork.”

“The Scott sofas are excellent, perfect blend of traditional and contemporary styling and they look and feel well made. They are quite firm but I find that a good thing. Unfortunately Rubeza’s customer service which had been excellent let them down at the final hurdle. On unloading the van the driver came back almost embarrassed to say that only one of the two had been loaded. I know mistakes can happen but I had to push far too hard to get this rectified. It took two attempts at phoning to get through to somebody, I felt they should have called me, and not until later the next morning did they offer me a new date of a week later. Further pushing was necessary to secure the second delivery on the following day.”

“Rubeza team was very active and responsive via emails . Sofa delivery got delayed on two occasions by few days because of pandemic . Sofa itself is beautiful, comfortable and as seen in pictures . Delivery guys were very friendly and professional too. Sofa size is short by 12-13cm on one arm in comparison to what’s mentioned on the website and I was told it was because it’s handmade ? Looks really nice in my lounge .”

“Customer services walked the extra mile to provide me with samples of the marble and color of the wood of my vanity unit. It took a little while and had to pay £15.00 for postage, but it was well worth it! The only set down was that 12 weeks for delivery 🚚.. but price was good. Also worth the waiting!”

“If it wasn’t for lockdown I probably wouldn’t have stumbled upon Rubeza or considered ordering a sofa online without touching, testing and seeing in person beforehand. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Rubeza again.”
