Had to chase up the delivery multiple times and they wouldn't deliver the sofas up two flights of stairs as the sofas wouldn't fit in the lift (of course they wouldn't, they were 2 x seaters). Also, delivered them at 23.40pm when I had work the next day and was left to carry them upstairs with my mate.
Sofas are lovely though, but slightly firm, so If you're looking for a comfortable sofa, then I'd look elsewhere.
