“Amazing customer service.Advised on website it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery but was actually delivered within a week. Delivery driver's very kind and courteous offered to unpack the sofa for us and took all packaging away. They did also offer to put the legs on but we were happy to do that. The tracking system for the driver's was excellent and timings spot on. The sofa is gorgeous, excellent value for money and very comfortable. Having received colour swatches by email, I'm still not convinced we received the correct colour (petrol blue) as it looks very green, nevertheless, it is a gorgeous colour. Would happily recommend Rubeza.”

“I brought a sofa & had to return it because of the color/material. The sofa itself was not so great. but i guess the quality depends on the money you pay. But the customer care service was awesome. They picked up the furniture within the 30 days return policy & fully refunded the money. 100% Trustworthy”

“Excellent company and sofa! They answered my calls straight away and were super helpful and friendly. I was concerned the wrong colour would be sent but they sent the right one delivery men were excellent and I could track there journey which meant I didn’t have to wait in . They carried the sofa up my staircase to my property with no complaints and built it promptly for me. Sofa was exactly as shown on the wed site and is very comfy. I have had lots of compliments on it! Had it a few months now and no issues even with my little boy jumping all over it :) Very impressed with this company and would 100% recommend.”

“The sofa was great, but I did struggle with using split or Klarna and had to pay full value. Amex customers will struggle with these two platforms, the company should explore using other platforms”

“Really happy with our Rubeza couch. Delivery was quick, professional and the couch looks gorgeous and is so comfortable (especially for the price). I also asked to return the ottoman as it didn’t fit in our space and that process was very easy and took all together 7 days.”
