“Rubeza team was very active and responsive via emails . Sofa delivery got delayed on two occasions by few days because of pandemic . Sofa itself is beautiful, comfortable and as seen in pictures . Delivery guys were very friendly and professional too. Sofa size is short by 12-13cm on one arm in comparison to what’s mentioned on the website and I was told it was because it’s handmade ? Looks really nice in my lounge .”

“Customer services walked the extra mile to provide me with samples of the marble and color of the wood of my vanity unit. It took a little while and had to pay £15.00 for postage, but it was well worth it! The only set down was that 12 weeks for delivery 🚚.. but price was good. Also worth the waiting!”

“I searched for months for the right sink for my new bathroom project. I had seen the Rubeza 1500mm Didim Vanity Unit right from the start but continued to shop around, nothing anywhere matched up to it. It was beautiful and reasonably priced. So I ordered it. I had to wait a couple of months as it was being made in Italy, plus Brexit and the Pandamic ! It arrived in the country exactly when they said it would. Communication was excellent. On the promised delivery date 2 lovely, friendly, polite guys arrived in a Rubeza sign written van. They carried the unit into the house and unpacked the sink checking it all over to ensure there was no damage to either the wooden base or the gorgeous marble top. Everything was fine. I must say that it is beautifully made. I am so pleased that I chose to purchase from Rubeza and I cannot recommend them highly enough and will definitely use them again.”

“We purchased Rubeza Sofia- Medium Grey. The delivery was a week late, but thanks to sales team they managed to arrange a temporary sofa for that 1 week which I think is a really good gesture and customer service. Coming to the sofa, it is very good, smooth material and really looks good in our living room. I would highly recommend Rubeza sofia and their fabulous customer service :)”

“I bought a Sophia corner sofa. The sofa is stunning and the fabric is good. It is an expensive piece. They forgot to send the cushions with the sofa. The delivery driver very kindly called the customer service straightaway and and so did I and I was told that the cushions will be with me within a week. 10 days and several phone calls from my side later , I still dont have the cushions and I get the same answer every time I call that is " we will look into it and get back to you"! NO one calls back and neither have I received the cushions.I am extremely disappointed in the customer service of this company.The sofa is not cheap and for such an expensive piece of furniture not only they forget the important parts of it but dont bother following up and rectifying there mistake at the earliest. I would give them only 2 stars but I have given one extra star for the delivery driver who was extremely polite and helpful.”

“We recently renovated our TV/dining room, and purchased Mid Grey Sophia suite. Buying online during lockdown, which was a risk we took as we normally like to try before we buy, however, suite came on time, and have to say it is simply stunning. Very comfortable and elegant. The room looks perfect now. The service and tracking of the suite, was first class. I would have no hestitation whatsoever, in buying Rubeza prodcuts again. Waiting on the matching Ottoman which is due in a couple weeks, to finalise the room. Highly recommended.”
