“Can only review one of the items received as still waiting for balance of order (shower panels/profiles) & update gor delivery date but once shower door despatched had regular updates on timings & delivery driver was very helpful, can update further once rest of the order is received....”

“My fitter accidentally broke the new toilet seat. I was able to find a direct match at Rubber Duck and also request next day delivery. I really liked I could call and speak to a human being rather than chat bot. The 2 men I spoke to were very helpful. I hope they keep the human customer service it makes things a lot quicker and easier. Thank you.”
