“The telephone customer support was brilliant. Delivery hassle free on the day specified. Have recently also used two well known other internet bathroom stores and the service and ease with Royal Bathroom was superior with more competitive price.”

“The item I received was damaged having a dent on the chrome edge of the shower door that I have photographed. Also this is a two piece shower screen that has a handle on each door that is different on each door so looks ridiculous when closed. The handles easily detach but I would appreciate having them both the same.”

“Good prices and excellent service. Had a fault with one item which I notified Royal Bathrooms about on the Saturday via their website, didn't expect to get a response before Monday, but was contacted by email same day and replacement sent and received by the Tuesday and faulty item collected at the same time, all free of charge. Will definitely use them again.”

“Sorry but it was very poor service. The items came promptly enough within the specified time. However there was no communication from the different departments. Items turned up at clients 7.45 in the morning.”

“Live chat was amazing, Gemma was my operative and from start to finish was excellent. I had been searching for what seemed a life times do I needed quick delivery which the could offer. Gemma put a quote together for my items and within a couple hrs I had made my purchase through a very quick and efficient service and it was delivered the Monday, having ordered late Friday tea time. The vanity unit looks just like the picture and I can’t wait to see it in my new en-suite. So far so good.”
