“Delivery was fine really quick unfortunately first delivery bath was faulty second replacement bath was also faulty. Requested refund as couldn’t wait any longer. Disappointed”

“Ordered bathroom furniture and toilet, couldn't believe it was already built and not flat packed. Delivered within a few days (standard delivery option) friendly delivery driver. Overall great products that were well packaged, great delivery and great price.”

“Recently had a transaction with Royal Bathrooms, the item received from the manufacturer was sub standard. I contacted Az at Royal Bathrooms who couldn’t have been more helpful. The customer service given was speedy, friendly and professional leaving me 100% satisfied, I would certainly recommend to friends, my issue was resolved immediately. “Delivered promptly, however toilet paper had a flaw in the casting resulting in water leaking when flushed. Waiting to see if they will send a replacement, could have been avoided if items were checked before dispatch”
