“I purchased the Basin and Pedestal from Royal bathrooms. On unpacking it the Basin was distorted and wouldn't fit on the Pedestal correctly. It sat at a slant and the underside was too big for the Ped. I phoned and explained what was wrong, they were going to send a replacement without question. In the end i managed to get it sitting right, i secured it with screws and silicone, it now looks great.”

“The customer service were excellent, I changed my mind on the products I ordered they were helpful and made the whole experience very simple to exchange. The products are of very good quality although haven't actually fitted them yet so I will expand on my review once the bathroom has been completed. I also need to give a shout out to the delivery driver who was very pleasant and extremely helpful and a joy to deal with thank you Debbie Moore”

“Shower enclosure arrived as advised (2-7 days). Arrived about day 4. Very easy to fit, fantastic value for money and looks great. I would highly recommend shopping with Royal Bathrooms. Royal Bathrooms have restored my faith in online shopping after a few bad experiences. Thank you 😊”

“Customer service aftercare is rubbish. Thin bath not good quality!! Flimsy bath panel arrived with a huge crack which they exchanged after them offering me 20 pounds back if I kept it. We then fitted our bath with the plastic covering on to protect during installation but when we removed it, it was heavily scratched on the top, no exchange was offered they said we should have checked it thoroughly before installation. Lesson learned! We will never go through this company ever again. If I could give 0 star I would.”

“Never used this company before so I placed my order and was very impressed with the Fast efficient service. An item had been broken by the courier (accidentally) but Royal bathrooms informed me via email and gave me another date and time for delivery for this item. Very impressed will use again”
