“Good prices and responsive service, let down by incorrect spigot rings being sent with the wheels. This was only discovered at the tyre fitting shop, after tyres had been fitted to the new wheels.”

“I’ve heard of Rota wheels previously, so when it came time to grab a set of winter rims for my car I thought I’d go for them as their designs are very similar to higher end manufacturers. Where the service is good, the team contact you ensuring correct fitment by asking which car you are looking to fit it on, so they can provide the correct kit to give with the wheels. The problem arises when it comes to the quality and finish of the items, the saying of you get what you pay for does come to light, and you’ll be reminded that by the staff when they mention “value”. The wheels aren’t powder coated like you’d expect, instead they are wet painted, and in that process the quality control isn’t high enough and due to this you see tightness on coverage of paint, as well as contamination under the paint. Im sure they’ll do the job, but considering you’ll be spending at the least £600 and an average of £1000 for the wheels you’d expect better.”

“Ordered a wheel that was in stock 18/10/23, it arrived 24/10/23. Supposedly if you order before 2pm you get it next day. I did order at 13:58 so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, but when I rang to chase two days later they said they needed my car details. I sent the details on date of order in a response email literally one minute after ordering. Slightly frustrating. The wheel arrived and the price was good. I needed it ASAP because mine had cracked, but if you’re in no rush then you’ll have no issues. I can’t give any good feedback about communication however as it was me having to chase.”

“Ordered rims over the phone which was all very easy and was done as a next day delivery. Bit unhappy that when the wheels came they were the wrong colour. Rang the next day and spoke to the admin team who sorted out collection for next day to pick the wrong ones up. As soon as they had received the items back they resent the right wheels out. I would still give 5 stars even though the wrong ones were sent out as the team were spot on sorting the redelivery back out. I would recommend these as they professional and good products.”

“Bought a set of 4 Rota wheels in the sale, very good value for the price. They fitted my Honda Civic Type R 2018 very pleased with them. That sent me the wrong wheel nuts but sent out the correct set arriving the next day, good fast service would recommend.”
