“Ordered wheels 9 weeks ago and still haven’t received them, have emailed them 3 times about my order and they just keep saying they’ll arrive in a week to two weeks and still no sign and no updates on where they are.”

“Waited a week for wheels to be delivered. Called twice to chase up - the order had never been dispatched, reason wasn’t given. Order was then dispatched and received the next day. Fitting kit was supplied but bolts were the wrong diameter. Called to report this and the correct size was delivered a few days later. Product is good, but customer service is very poor. I won’t use this supplier again.”

“Very speedy and smooth transaction, delivered within a matter of days. My only issue was I placed my order via my phone and found it difficult to decrease the amount I accidentally put in my basket. Managed eventually! Items are a Christmas present for my son to replace the previous wheel caps which have "disappeared" so I know he'll be chuffed.”

Hey, thanks for the review. We'll look into the stock issue, currently it re imports the stock twice a day, but with it being particularly busy at the moment it can be out date, but generally speaking 99% of the time it is pretty accurate. we'll see if we can improve upon this for your next purchase with ourselves.

“Ordered rims that were, in fact discontinued. Was never told that they were discontinued untill i had ordered them. Generally slow with emails. I got delivered mismatched wheels and only got a tiny refund for my troubles.”
