“Great service from rotashop, although a bit disappointed that when I opened the boxes to check the wheels over there’s various chips and marks over the wheels, I have tried to contact them using WhatsApp but no reply unfortunately Fortunately the marks and chips are on the rear of the wheel. Just disappointing to not have a reply”

“I had a very disappointing experience with Rota Wheels overall. Before ordering, I spent a lot of time discussing my setup and fitment requirements through their WhatsApp support. I explained very clearly what I was trying to achieve on my Honda S2000, including the fact that I did NOT want to roll the arches under any circumstances, as the car is a collectible model. The advisors confirmed the wheel specifications, confirmed stock availability, and reassured me the setup would work. Unfortunately, once the wheels arrived and I test-fitted them, it became immediately obvious they would not fit properly without arch rolling — exactly what I had explained I wanted to avoid. To properly test fitment, I fitted two tyres onto two wheels and trial-fitted one side of the car. As expected, the setup was incorrect. The frustrating part is that the team should have known this from the beginning based on the specs discussed. To be fair, the service itself was quick, communication was responsive, and delivery was fast. However, despite the wheels being in completely resellable condition with absolutely no marks or damage (I work within a professional Volkswagen setup and handled them carefully), the return was refused purely because tyres had been fitted for the test. So now I am left with four very expensive ornaments and around £700 lost due to incorrect advice from the people who were supposed to guide the customer correctly in the first place. Very frustrating experience.”

“First time ordering from Rotashop.uk. Saved some money ordering directly from them. Got the wheels a week after I made the order, so fairly quick delivery as well (UK > Finland.) Only negative thing to say is that the spigot rings I got where the wrong size. Needed 67,1 > 63,4mm, but I got 73,1 > 63,4mm instead. All in all no big complaints.”

“I recently purchased a set of 17 mm hex wheel bolts, and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality and performance. Right out of the box, they felt solid and well-made, with a clean finish and precise threading that made installation smooth and hassle-free. One thing I really appreciated was how securely they fit—no wobble or play once tightened, which gave me confidence in their reliability on the road. The 17 mm hex head is a great standard size too, making it easy to work with common tools without needing anything specialized.”

“Waited a week for wheels to be delivered. Called twice to chase up - the order had never been dispatched, reason wasn’t given. Order was then dispatched and received the next day. Fitting kit was supplied but bolts were the wrong diameter. Called to report this and the correct size was delivered a few days later. Product is good, but customer service is very poor. I won’t use this supplier again.”

“Very speedy and smooth transaction, delivered within a matter of days. My only issue was I placed my order via my phone and found it difficult to decrease the amount I accidentally put in my basket. Managed eventually! Items are a Christmas present for my son to replace the previous wheel caps which have "disappeared" so I know he'll be chuffed.”
