Hey, thanks for the message, i am sorry all products are not including tax when purchasing abroad, we put this in our delivery T&C but will look into how we can improve on this further. Please contact our sales team if you have any other issues.

“Very helpful staff. Excellent service. Would have been 5 out of 5 but the stock levels being incorrect onwebsite led to some issues with my order. Sales staff, rectified this quickly and proactively.”

Hey, thanks for the review. We'll look into the stock issue, currently it re imports the stock twice a day, but with it being particularly busy at the moment it can be out date, but generally speaking 99% of the time it is pretty accurate. we'll see if we can improve upon this for your next purchase with ourselves.

“Ordered rims that were, in fact discontinued. Was never told that they were discontinued untill i had ordered them. Generally slow with emails. I got delivered mismatched wheels and only got a tiny refund for my troubles.”

“I ordered some centre caps and the ones that came with the wheels failed and had fallen out. I didn't kick up a fuss however I have now been waiting since the 6th and it still shows as prepping for shipping - please can I be updated?”

“Unfortunately i did not have the best experience, i would advise that you call them and speak with someone rather than using the website, and requesting them to check physical stock. Placed an order for some wheels which were in stock at the time, via the website, i was then contacted via e-mail informing me that the colour option was available, and they were unable to confirm an expected date, other colour options were advised. The payment was then taken from my account even though they knew they did not have stock.They were informed that although it was not ideal i would go with a different colour option, i was then informed they they wanted another £200 for the privileged, "this was never mentioned in the original e-mail", they would not honour the original price and suggest i waited, i think we all know that the wheels would never actually materialise and i would have been waiting forever. Ive since been on to the manufactures website and the wheels are no longer listed, available. Not the best comany to deal with!”
