“I am extremely disappointed because when I ordered and paid for my rims, you did not warn me that they were not in stock and that I would have to wait until June or July to be delivered... well, I hope!!”

“I'm still waiting for my wheels. I was offered an alternative width to the ones I ordered which I accepted. I received an email to say the order was placed then received another email to say the alternative ones offered were not in stock. I was then offered gun metal ones which will not suit the car as I origionally ordered silver. Rota were quick enough to take payment but yet here I am a month later with still no wheels! Very disappointing. They should not be advertising wheels that are no longer available My order number is RS4960”

“Perfect transaction. The shop rang me back just to double check, making sure I’d ordered the correct size & offset for my car. I ordered the 4 wheels on Friday morning, delivered Monday. Top customer service, very fast delivery & received exactly what I’d ordered. 10/10 👍”
