“I’ve heard of Rota wheels previously, so when it came time to grab a set of winter rims for my car I thought I’d go for them as their designs are very similar to higher end manufacturers. Where the service is good, the team contact you ensuring correct fitment by asking which car you are looking to fit it on, so they can provide the correct kit to give with the wheels. The problem arises when it comes to the quality and finish of the items, the saying of you get what you pay for does come to light, and you’ll be reminded that by the staff when they mention “value”. The wheels aren’t powder coated like you’d expect, instead they are wet painted, and in that process the quality control isn’t high enough and due to this you see tightness on coverage of paint, as well as contamination under the paint. Im sure they’ll do the job, but considering you’ll be spending at the least £600 and an average of £1000 for the wheels you’d expect better.”

“Would love to leave a 5* review as service was brilliant, excellent communication and fast delivery Unfortunately one of the wheels had a flat spot which was spotted by my local tyre shop When I contacted POTN I was told warranty is void once tyres are fitted to wheels. Which is ridiculous as what good are wheels without tyres I have been waiting months for TFS3 wheels to come back into stock. Damage in question has no maring or marks on the paint so it would seem it was done while the wheel was in the box, possibly while in storage or during transit I am afraid the structural integrity of this wheel mat be compromised.”

“No notification of delivery. Wheels had very little to no protective packaging. Bolts had been shoved in a jiffy bag in the bottom of one of the boxes and had burst out and marked the alloy. Delivery was split over two days. Not happy.”

“I recieved the rims, but am still waiting for nuts and spigots due to staff error not seeing an email from me at the start, i have contacted you guys a great ammount of times to try and chase this up only to be told someone will contact me and no one ever does... Pretty dissapointed with the service if i'm honest”
