“Unfortunately i did not have the best experience, i would advise that you call them and speak with someone rather than using the website, and requesting them to check physical stock. Placed an order for some wheels which were in stock at the time, via the website, i was then contacted via e-mail informing me that the colour option was available, and they were unable to confirm an expected date, other colour options were advised. The payment was then taken from my account even though they knew they did not have stock.They were informed that although it was not ideal i would go with a different colour option, i was then informed they they wanted another £200 for the privileged, "this was never mentioned in the original e-mail", they would not honour the original price and suggest i waited, i think we all know that the wheels would never actually materialise and i would have been waiting forever. Ive since been on to the manufactures website and the wheels are no longer listed, available. Not the best comany to deal with!”

“I am extremely disappointed because when I ordered and paid for my rims, you did not warn me that they were not in stock and that I would have to wait until June or July to be delivered... well, I hope!!”

“I ordered the product on 7-1-2025, sent after several reminder emails on 16-1-2025. Today is the 23-1-2025 and I have not yet received the product. I am not at all happy and satisfied!”

“The wheels are fantastic but the service is very poor, I went to the head office in Wellingborough as I live close. I wanted a replacement wheel and I wanted to make sure I had the right type and size. while I was there I placed an order and was charged £140. Had I not been so stupid I could have bought the same wheel from them for £107. done over like a fool.”

“I was forced to buy new products due to lack of response from ROTA. I spent more than 250€ in unnecessary tax due to ROTA errors, such as wrong rims, wrong wheel nuts. wrong nuts sent 5 times / or missing units. plus everything took 7 months, from purchase to finally having everything to apply to the car.that I had to make a new purchase !!!! Shameful”

“terrible service.. communication only works when calling up as there is no response to any emails that were sent. Ordered an item on the Sunday only to receive a invoice and nothing else. Was given no tracking number, no dispatch email and only had a confirmation email once i rang up. Would never order from here again. The staff when you did get through to them were friendly and tried helping best they could but that was as good as it got...”

“I have no problems with the products rotashop sell but I have had to deal with their customer support team twice now and both times getting a reply from them is nearly impossible and when they do chose to respond the information they provide is incorrect and unhelpful. Would never buy anything through rotashop again and would encourage others to shop elsewhere.”
