“Would love to leave a 5* review as service was brilliant, excellent communication and fast delivery Unfortunately one of the wheels had a flat spot which was spotted by my local tyre shop When I contacted POTN I was told warranty is void once tyres are fitted to wheels. Which is ridiculous as what good are wheels without tyres I have been waiting months for TFS3 wheels to come back into stock. Damage in question has no maring or marks on the paint so it would seem it was done while the wheel was in the box, possibly while in storage or during transit I am afraid the structural integrity of this wheel mat be compromised.”

“The wheels are fantastic but the service is very poor, I went to the head office in Wellingborough as I live close. I wanted a replacement wheel and I wanted to make sure I had the right type and size. while I was there I placed an order and was charged £140. Had I not been so stupid I could have bought the same wheel from them for £107. done over like a fool.”

“I was forced to buy new products due to lack of response from ROTA. I spent more than 250€ in unnecessary tax due to ROTA errors, such as wrong rims, wrong wheel nuts. wrong nuts sent 5 times / or missing units. plus everything took 7 months, from purchase to finally having everything to apply to the car.that I had to make a new purchase !!!! Shameful”

“I ordered a full set of Slipstreams in black, and the next day I sent an e-mail to send my vehicle details and ask for some information of the delivery conditions. The sales rep replied in the same day and told me about not having that color available, but giving me several options. Within 2 days I had my order altered to Mbronze3 and shipped to me and everything arrived absolutely perfect. Excelent looking wheels, lug nuts, spigot rings, center caps... And it was delivered in about a week and half with holidays in between, which is good considering I'm in Portugal and I had to go through Importation proceedings too. Top notch service and purchase, if I ever need anything else from ROTA you can be sure I'll definitely be coming back!”

“Super efficace, je suis en france, entre la commande des 4 jantes et la réception il y a eu 3 jours, même avec la TVA à s'affranchir au transporteur, le prix reste bien inférieur à ceux pratiqué en france. De plus très bon service client, avec Olivia.”
