“I have been delighted with the service I received. They informed me immediately that the tyre it was not in stock but they expected a delivery in a few days. When I asked for my order to be cancelled, after more than a few days, they immediately issued a credit note, no questions asked”

“Had trouble with the Online Ordering portal. I tried the online chat, but that didn't prove too illuminating either. Once the order is placed, the communication is pretty good with regards to expected delivery etc.”

“Here is an example of why product knowledge and asking the right question matters.Our delivery of the ordered product was longer than first intimated due to stock delivery issues but one simple " I can help question "when the delay was chased saved the order. We live in an impatient world and the whole customer journey counts - we no longer deal with companies who fail to deliver on simple commitments - in the mail order world let the clever manager take note.”
