“Very friendly and efficient people. Took Order and Payment but could not deliver as out of stock. They were very apologetic and informed me that Stock would be available in three days. Indeed they kept their word and the Castors arrived - well packed and GREAT quality. I will use them again.”

“Ross castors have a great inventory. UNfortunately I bought some castors which were not quite the same as depicted, so I am going back to exchange. I called Ross castors, they said they would send a photo of the next stock item to be sure it is what it says on website.”
