“I ordered from Ross Castors who are on Amazon too but because I’m based in Leicester and they are too I thought I’d go directly. Ordered on 26th March standard shipping was 2 days and items received on 7th April delay reasons varied from having a big order to complete to courier issues”

“Castors arrived almost the next day; fitted perfectly and I wish I'd replaced them sooner - I'd have saved myself a lot of hip and back pain by trying to move the chair without realising the castors had broken up. “I purchased some castors for a special job i had at our Bowls Club, the castors themselves were absolutely brilliant quality , but unfortunately didn't quite do the job so had to do a return, however the guy at Ross handling Shane was so helpful and extremely patient with what was only going to be a small order . If i could i would give 10 stars for the really professional service i have received , and highly recommend Ross Handling”
