“If you return goods you don’t get the carriage charge plus vat , so you dont get all your money back. Had to prove had sent parcel to them.”

“I Was told my items would be delivered on the 29th December, but I’m still waiting 5 days later DPD have no record of parcel, so I’m unsure where my items are 5 days after my delivery date ????? I’ve still not received items”

“Supplied what I initially ordered but missed off some parts that I had added. When contacted offered to send these "next day " at their expense. I found a way to do the job without the extra parts. Ross quickly refunded the overpayment.”
