“Fast shipping and great products at a good price. I ordered a pair of 160mm trolley wheels and a pair of 80mm swivel castors for a welding trolley that I am building, and these look to be well capable of supporting the weight of welder, gas bottle & equipment, and appear well made & sturdy.”

“Order received in good time, despite Covid19 (Part4) as well as Christmas delays. Castors supplied were of good quality and are up to the job of supporting 50-60Kg spread over a surface area of 2M x 0.65M. 10/10”

“I ordered a replacement wheelbarrow wheel with an attached tyre. I was hoping for an exact fit but wasn't sure. Luckily it was a perfect fit and using the original through-bolt, I then fitted them all together and hey presto, all was good. Really quick delivery after the order. So yes I would use this company again.”

“Managed to break a low level, double wheel castor spindle, on a double recliner, modular sofa, which has 3 sets of 4 castors. After a few disappointing exchanges with other suppliers: I contacted Ross Castors. We exchanged several emails in narrowing the search & they couldn't have been more helpful. Whilst they didn't have an exact, match (30mm wheel with a 6mm spindle thread); what they recommended was pretty close & between us, we worked out if I replaced 2 castors on a chair from the same suite, the front of it, would only be 2mm higher than before & that would release 2 of the original sized castors: one to use on the sofa & another spare. Can't recommend them highly enough.”

“The products I ordered from Ross were of high quality and reasonably priced. Unfortunately two items were missing from the first shipment. This may have been due to stock non availability but this was not stated on the accompanying paperwork. I emailed Ross and the outstanding items were dispatched to me the following week, but with no explanation of why they were missing from the original shipment.”

“Ordered a couple of castors. Great price and arrived next day. Sadly they were two difference sizes but after a quick email 2 identical castors arrived the very next morning. We can all make mistakes but it’s how we deal with them that counts. Without the error with the first order I’d have gone for 5 stars!”

“Initially hugely impressed by the simplicity of ordering, very good communication and delighted to be informed the wheels were to be delivered the next day after ordering as opposed to the 2 day delivery expected. Good emails informing when the item was to be delivered. Very impressed with such service and was considering complementing Ross Castors on a super service. That was until the wrong castors were delivered resulting in a further delay over the weekend of 2 more days. although they did turn up as promised on the Monday. Would I use Ross again? Yes, after all we are all human and capable of mistakes.”
