“Prompt delivery. Item fine. However £7.95+VAT for carriage is pretty expensive compared to other internet suppliers I have used. Are ROSS getting a poor deal from their carrier?”

“Ordered wheels from web site where it stated that the wheels I needed were in stock. Later that day (Friday evening) received email saying Ross has been trying to phone me? To say those wheels were not in stock but could offer alternative. I phoned them Monday morning to ask about the problem. The wheels I wanted would take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. Decided to get the bigger a wheels which were in stock (offered at the same price but only after I mentioned that I had seen the same wheels on eBay, cheaper due to free postage) But Ross did send them next day delivery for no additional cost to me so that I did not lose too much time in the end. So initial hiccup but resolved quickly albeit a bit more expensive. However Ross did have all the bits I needed in one place which the eBay seller did not. So no extra hassle for me sourcing other bits.”
