“Everybody makes mistakes, and they sent a 2cm diameter wheelbarrow axle by mistake instead of the 2.5cm one I had ordered & paid for. But just one speedy phone call to them remedied this - they sent the correct one immediately which I received the following day. Good service Ross. My thanks.”
