“Used Ross handling twice to buy replacement wheels for our wheelbarrows, the 2nd time, being old, I accidentally paid twice 😬 , I called to explain and had a refund back in my bank the very next day. Would definitely recommend 👌”

“Can't fault them for customer service. Item delivered when they said it would be. Kept informed all the way from dispatched to delivery. Item was quite grubby with a few marks I couldn't shift with soap and water though. It's only a replacement tyre but it looks old.”
