“The nightmare continues! 1st. the sack truck wheels I ordered were not suitable for hub length — my fault. Then it looked like I had paid twice for them(£43.90 and £45.70) It now looks like only the 45.70 has been deducted by bank. I then ordered 2 x tyres with inner tubes an d paid for these. They arrived yesterday but no lnner tubes.Spoke to Shane. Should’ve on their way. Then today I was notified of re-credit to my bank account for £38.50! It should of course be for £45.70 ( I think you may have missed the £6 carriage plus vat).Perhaps you could check me and put this right. Apart from this sad tale staff at Ross are unfailingly courteous and helpful”

“Very disappointed on delivery to discovery that the 20mm bore was in fact 20 gauge the outsde diameter of the pipe. I have in my long engieering experience never come accross the bore being the outside diameter of a tube can you supply an example. I have returned the useless tube, delivered to Ross Handling Ltd 03-12-2020 at opostage cost of £3.10 and areturn journey of more than 2 miles to the p.o. To date the refund has not been made. If neccessary I will be use PayPal to resolve.”
