“I was so pleased by the customer service I experienced. A very helpful sales person found exactly what I needed despite my bumbling description over the phone and directed me to the website where I could view and order the casters I required. They arrived within 24 hours and even the after sales care with invoices etc was efficient as courteous. It’s great to know such good companies that will go the extra mile even for small purchases like mine still exist. I don’t often bother with writing reviews, but in this case I would like to recommend this company with the highest of praises. Thank you.”
