“Unfortunately I had to wait 3 weeks for my delivery when I paid an additional £9 to have it delivered the next day. I have requested a £9 refund but still awaiting a response”

“The Ross website is easy to navigate and order from. The order was fulfilled satisfactorily, but as they use DPD as a courier, delivery was delayed by three days as DPD appear not to able to read the simplest of instructions, so knocking off 2 stars. Will use again, but only if they change their courier.”

“excellent service in terms of use of website and dispatch of goods which arrived safely and promtly. However, like many others in this area I object to the delivery charge being rated as "Highlands" hence my 3 star rating. Aberdeen is not in the highlands and we are outside the area designated as Highlands. We are less than 20 miles from an international airport, seaport and mainline railway station. We are served by dual carriageways and are 20 miles from Scotland's fourth largest city.”

“Product is amazing, but I paid for delivery £19.50 and my order was in three different vehicles , delivered three separate dates ........ oh , wait a minute, sorry I STILL HAVENT HAD THE REST IF MY ORDER (no third delivery ) 8 DATS LATE !!!!!!!”

“Acceptable delivery on initial order. Delivery was one item short but a quick phone call and it was sorted without question and missing item delivered in a couple of days. Helpful.”

“Had trouble with the Online Ordering portal. I tried the online chat, but that didn't prove too illuminating either. Once the order is placed, the communication is pretty good with regards to expected delivery etc.”

“Here is an example of why product knowledge and asking the right question matters.Our delivery of the ordered product was longer than first intimated due to stock delivery issues but one simple " I can help question "when the delay was chased saved the order. We live in an impatient world and the whole customer journey counts - we no longer deal with companies who fail to deliver on simple commitments - in the mail order world let the clever manager take note.”

“It would be better if i could move the furniture a bit, for cleaning underneath. It's not possible to move furniture at all. The castors fall out of the cups if i tried to move furniture. They need to slide a bit along a wooden floor but not move when sitting down on the furniture.”

“Looks good, but unfortunately the shafts are oversize for my chair. I hope to drill out the holes to accept them. Delivery was appalling -DP failed to deliver twice although I stayed at home for two days expecting them”

“they did the job. black in color. should have been a choice. I bought 6 . with I bill up 50 or60£. which I consider quite pricey. yet compared with other products. the price seems reasonable”
