Paid for next day delivery so that I could get the item for work on the weekend but didn’t get it even though I ordered well before cut off, item arrived Monday which was too late.

3 stars because the service was excellent but the inner tube that came with the tyre had a faulty valve and looked like it had been fitted before, although it was in a bag.

I bought a set of five castors for an office chair. When the package arrived there were only 3 castors enclosed. I sent a message and photos to Ross asking them to send the rest of the order. After a few days, I emailed them again as I had heard nothing. This time I got a reply very quickly and the castors arrived the next day.

3 out of 5 due to the 22mm square feet being too shallow at approx 5mm. This would wear down within a couple of years, needs to be thicker

If you return goods you don’t get the carriage charge plus vat , so you dont get all your money back. Had to prove had sent parcel to them.

After paying extra for a two day delivery, parts arrived a week and two days later, with no explanation. Parts were as described and of a good quality

Service was good-but I bought the wrong castors (they look very similar). Sadly I had to go to another company to buy the actual ones I needed-ROSS did not have them -close but not the right ones.

Ross castors were quick and efficient, a pity we couldn't say the same about their courier, DPD. The courier driver delivered to completely the wrong address and signed my name himself. Suggest you revise your contract as we had to go and fetch them and make 4 trips of 2 miles per trip.

We were sent the wrong tyres and did not get the best of customer service response expected, had to ring 5 times to get it sorted, despite promises of a call back. We did in the end get the correct tyres thanks to Tim. But could do a lot better.

The Barrow wheel we purchased was very good but unfortunately they use DPD for delivery. Original driver simply pushed the (unsigned) "we missed you" card through the letterbox without trying the doorbell.

The sales department are very efficient at shipping your order. However, not so efficient at dealing with returns. The technical department don't reply to phone call queries or email contact

Unfortunately I had to wait 3 weeks for my delivery when I paid an additional £9 to have it delivered the next day. I have requested a £9 refund but still awaiting a response

The Ross website is easy to navigate and order from. The order was fulfilled satisfactorily, but as they use DPD as a courier, delivery was delayed by three days as DPD appear not to able to read the simplest of instructions, so knocking off 2 stars. Will use again, but only if they change their courier.
