“following clear advice received via Ross Casters "chat on line" I ordered these rotators to prevent caster damage to a new carpet and to make the bed easier to move without rucking up the carpet and underlay. The rotators were received within a couple of days, were relatively easy to fit and have provided a perfect solution to the problems - great!”

“when my wheelbarrow sprung a puncture I needed help and it came when I found Ross online. The salesman at the other end of the phone line was very helpful, my barrow wasn't a standard model but he thought he had the parts I needed. That's how it worked out. I am very grateful. Rodney Palmer.”
