“The wheels received were too small to fit on the bars for the sack barrow we have. The diameter was correct and service was good, but we need to send back and arrange wheels with a larger guage for the centre hole. Please can someone advise. Thank you.”

“Brilliant next day delivery. The Castor's l received were for an antique captains chair. Unfortunately they look to be too lightweight for the chair. I may not use them this particular chair. However, the caster's are of very good quality and I will keep them for another project. Many thanks for the good service.”

“The website shows just about every wheelbarrow wheel size there is. It was therefore easy to determine which one I needed and delivery was within a couple of days even for the standard delivery option. I shall use again for all similar requirements.”

“Hello. All very good, apart from the fact that I mistakenly ordered the wrong castor wheel. The one I need is off an IKEA Nominell office chair, and the spindle is slightly narrower than the one you sent. Do you by chance have them in stock, and can I do a swap please? thanks. M. Manktelow”

“The castors were exactly what I wanted, fitted and work well. The carpet protectors were mad for hard floors, I was trying to use them on carpet, and the non-slip surface do not work well on carpet.”

“It wasn't very easy to select the correct castors for our retro sofa because the photo on the website was not attached to the correct product, so a quick phone call sorted the confusion and you helpfully told us which was the castor we needed. Once ordered, the castors arrived very quickly and fitted perfectly!”
