“Very quick to deal with my query about selecting wheels. These wheels are replacements for original wheels on a very expensive equipment case - the original wheels have fancy sealed bearings, etc. but are so hard that I wake the neighbours when wheeling the case along the street in the early mornings! The replacement wheels are much softer and, at first try (but not yet early morning!) seem much quieter.”

“What can i say about Ross Castors? SIMPLY that there isnt enough words to use to praise them highly enough.I am in the very beginings of starting my own bussines and wanted some square section tubing for a counter frame for my first customer.I browsed the net and came across Ross.I had a quick look at the website and decided to call them. I was treated absolutely brilliantly by the gentleman on the fone, he was so patient and helpfull as i am a novice at ordering etc and so was not maling a lot of sense but he handled me brilliantly and i recieved my tubing the very nexy day...(saturday) so if you need anything just give them a call ten out of ten from me 😁”
