“The castors are fine; but we were badly advised and bought the wrong ones. For heavy mahogany furniture we ought to have bought peg and socket and not screw fittings. If you have an "advisory" page, you might consider adding this information.”

“Placed an order online as the website suggested stock, but was then told parts were out of stock and would be some weeks on backorder. I waited and after chasing was told of further delays but then offered a part-shipment which I accepted. The part shipment was never dispatched and eventually, some days later the full shipment arrived. This one small part caused delays in our completing the assembly of our products. Email communication throughout was slow and not very responsive.”

“I ordered a couple of pallet truc wheels, they took longer than expected, I wasnt told about the 4 week delay in sending them until the following day a bit dasapointed, but they are here now and look good.”
