“Fantastic ! The staff on the telephones were very knowledgeable about the products, and helpful with pricing. The products arrived as described , and the mattress arrived as well even though the website stated it would take a longer time. Really pleased with the sturdy single bed and chest of drawers - and we have the conversion kit to change it to a midsleeper when our 3 year old is older.”

“Very good customer service. Disappointed though by jubilee furniture that was packaged in too many pieces which took a long time to build. Shame room to grow does not offer a building of such flat packed furniture service”

“The customer service was extremely helpful when I was measuring things up to decide what would fit in our limited space. Not sure if the delivery people are your own, but our delivery guy also deserves special mention; I realised when he was half way through the pile of stuff that he needed to carry inside that he had taken his shoes off - which I really appreciated but was by no means expecting him to do!”

“RTG were cheaper than John Lewis and called to arrange delivery very quickly. The delivery guys were absolutely brilliant, they carried 10 very heavy boxes upstairs no questions asked and very polite.”
