“Excellent customer service. The bed arrived quickly but a small piece was damaged during delivery. I emailed their customer service and had a reply very quickly and the replacement piece was posted and received within 3 days. The actual bed is great quality and we are very happy with it.”

thank you for your review. There should be no movement in the bed at all, it is solid and very sturdy once assembled. It would be worth you checking the cam locks and tightening them so that there is no movement. We are currently looking into offering an assembly service on the Solitaire range so it is good to know that would be of interest. Thank you.
