“The service was excellent, firstly the bunk bed we bought was cheapest on their website. Then we had some queries which were answered very quickly. Delivery was prompt too. We received a phonecall to arrange for a particular date and time. On the day we also got a phone call when the delivery man was 30 mins away.”

“Lovely people, very fast turn around, ordered Monday morning at 9.30 and bunk bed, desk and chest of drawers arrived by Wed morning the same week, and it was the before Christmas! All constructed over the following 24 hours and the room looks stunning. Lovely person on the phone when I placed my order and a personal email later on to confirm delivery. Would definitely buy from them again.”

“After our bunk bed order failed to be delivered before Christmas, we were more than happy with the customer service we received to try and rectify this. They did everything they could to ensure we had it first thing in the new year. We dealt with the same person several times over the phone and she was amazing. The bed is fantastically robust for two boys, we will be recommending this company to others in the future.”
