“The Bed is amazing quality, my girls are so happy with it. Delivered within five days of ordering. Very helpfully, the delivery company called two days before to confirm delivery date and time and that went smoothly. Really impressed with my purchase from start to finish, thank you.”

“Very responsive and helpful customer service. Dialogue leading to purchase (including a price match) occurred at the weekend out of office hours. Later, prompt intervention by RTG ensured we secured our preferred delivery slot. Pleased with item although it was a challenge to build and a piece was wrong. Despite initial disappointment RTG sent replacement parts and remedied the situation to our satisfaction without quibble. This experience could have gone wrong in so many ways but RTG’s commitment to customer service repeatedly saved the day.”

“I recently bought a bed with truckle and drawer underneath. This was delivered promptly and was very easy to assemble with the help of one other to help hold things. With the two mattresses which were bought separately it is very comfortable. It is well designed and should prove excellent for growing grandchildren.”

“Bought the white bunk bed.. looks great as it’s simple and clean looking and it can be made into two beds when they are older. It was quite straight forward to put together - similar to IKEA Furniture. the kids love it which is great. I would recommend it. One thing I liked was that they always answer the phone straightaway and you talk to a person without faffing about and that was reassuring. I would buy another bed from room to grow again. Thank you!”
