“Great communication at customer service, extreamly helpful. Originally I ordered a mattress that was going to take at least 12-28 days to arrive, so they suggested a mattress that as juts as good that would arrive the same time as the bed. Extreamly good quality, my only complaint would be that the bed is an off White that was supposed to be white. Mine look so more like cream!”

“Easy to use website, and excellent customer service. I purchased 2 Jubilee Mid-sleeper Combinations which I am very happy with. I called customer service on two occasions with queries both before and after the sale and found them to be knowledgeable.”

“Very prompt order-to-delivery (ordered Fri and delivered Mon!) with a pre-delivery phone call from the office & from the delivery driver. Great product which assembled easily however the top (bed) section had separate assembly instructions for a ?bed only? which caused some dismantling to be required when it came to fitting the lower section (mid bed frame). The mattress is really good quality too. Our daughter absolutely loves her new bed! Thanks”

“The communication from Room to Grow was clear and helpful, although the bunks took a few weeks to arrive we were made aware of this from when we placed the order. When the order was ready to delivered they communicated very well with us to find a convenient time for delivery - the customer service on the phone and via the delivery driver was excellent.”

“Oh My God - this is BY FAR the best company I've ever dealt with, particularly relating to furniture purchases. The customer support is outstanding and when I had a question about the bed they even got a professional fitter to call me and help me out. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone”
