“The whole purchasing process from start to finish was faultless. I was kept informed at all times and was especially impressed with the delivery service provided, the two guys were lovely and phoned beforehand to confirm the time so I didn't have to wait in all day.”

“original item not available. I was then contacted by phone and e-mailed to enable me to cancel or re-order. When I telephoned the response was immediate and another bookcase was ordered. The delivery to my address was very prompt.”

“Great service. I have ordered 3 sets of complete bedroom furniture over the years and been pleased with them all. This time I ordered the wrong sized mattress, but my fault - not theirs!”

“Came really quickly. Only downside is you don't get told the day stuff will be delivered. We were out when the bed came so it was left with our neighbour.”
