“Very quick delivery, well organised. Well pleased I paid for 'installation' as it took two men used to constructing the bed more than 45 minutes to do it. An hour altogether with bringing it in, constructing and clearing out all packaging. Very pleasant and amenable guys too, a credit to the company”

“The mid sleeper bed is lovely. It took a few hours to put together but there were no problems. It does need two people to put it together. My granddaughter absolutely loves it.”

“I placed my order over the phone and received excellent and quick customer service. Delivery of the bed and mattresses was quick too, I ordered Friday and it arrived on the Tuesday. The items were well packaged. I did feel a little sorry for the delivery man doing it on his own as you could tell the items were quite heavy but he was very pleasant and put them where I wanted them.”

Thank you for leaving a review. The polyurethane layer which makes it 100% waterproof and acts as an anti-allergy barrier is almost undetectable. We appreciate your comments and will pass these on to the manufacturer.

“I purchased a bed and mattress from RTG earlier this year. Befote sending them someone noticed that I'd accidentally purchased the wrong sized mattress and phoned me to correct this error. On arrival it turned out that one of the boxes had been labelled wrong and was the wrong colour. On contacting RTG they had another one sent out the next day and the incorrect one collected. Can't fault them for customer service and my daughter loves her bed!”

“This was not an actual purchase but obtained through a voucher Room To Grow gave me following a delivery problem with the original order of bunk beds. They dealt with this problem politely and efficiently. Mistakes can happen, it's how they are dealt with that mark businesses out in my opinion and Room To Grow were excellent in this.”
