“There were a couple of screws missing for a desk we had bought. The staff members I spoke with were extremely helpful and contacted the manufacturer and had replacements sent out directly. Their customer service is excellent!”

“I had quite a few problems! Missing items and then a damaged headboard. However the customer service that I received was faultless and all was rectified promptly and effectively. The Jubilee bunk bed is first class and a product that I would most definitely recommend at a very reasonable price.”

“Good service from Room to Grow. When I placed my order was advised 10-15 days for delivery, It was delivered in 3 days. We were given a PM delivery, I phoned the courier and was given an approximate 2 hour time slot, it arrived about an hour after that but we were called by the courier to let us know.”

“We bought the stompa radius middleware bed which is extremely sturdy and absolutely lived by our daughter. The chap assembling our bed was really helpful and polite and did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company.”
