“Exceeded expectations. Th bed is fantastic quality and was a good price compared to other sites. Availability stated 2-3 weeks but it was actually delivered in 4 days. The courier was one of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever come across, ensuring he delivered at a time to suit me and to the room of our choice. Very happy customer.”

“We had a few issues with delivery however the team at Room to Grow, Stacey specifically, were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the issues were sorted without quibble or delay. The bed is fantastic and our son was very happy to make the long climb up into his new High Sleeper! Thanks, Room to Grow!”

“Loved our items from room to grow. There was one very small fault on one side of the cot. When I raised this, room to grow’s customer service was excellent and they offered to send a new panel straight away. Would recommend!”

“We absolutely love the bed we ordered and so does my little boy. We had it built and the guys were amazing. The bed is excellent quality and will last my son through to his teenage years. Communication from Room to Grow was excellent.”

“I was initially quite frustrated when our bed wasn’t delivered when it was supposed to have been, but after contacting customer services I was very impressed. The lorry couldn’t get access to our road so the lady I spoke to arranged for the bed to be delivered by van the next day. Everything was sorted out very promptly and courteously and they even sent us a reading lamp for my son (the bed was for him) by way of apology. I felt like the customer service was above and beyond. Thank you. The bed itself is lovely, very easy to put together and very sturdy. My son loves his new bed and it’s made his new room complete. Thank you!”

“Really substantial and attractive beds - perfect as singles and looking forward to having bunks when the grandsons grow. Not too long a wait for them and very impressed at how the company responded to our error in our mattresses’ order and re: delivery dates.”

“I am very pleased with the Stompa UNOS 26 Highsleeper Bed with Desk, Sofa Bed and Hutch. The bed is made up of real wood which adds to its longevity. I also appreciate the size of the bed is European in length, which is perfect for growing children. The sofa bed with hidden storage for sleepover bedding is handy for added storage. Also, a fixed desk for a study area is essential for homework.”
