Hi MR, Thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear the center roof bars are making passing straps under difficult. Because of the curveture of Vauxhall Combo roof, the middle brackets are lower so that all 3 bars are the same height for your load to seat on all 3 bars. Kind regards, Team Roofrack UK

We did call and email you to validate the instructions were followed as each bracket has an asigned location. We also would like to check that the correct kit was ordered for your van. If you can share your order number and a quick photo of the mounting area, we can arrange either a replacement kit that fits without modifying your vehicle.
