“Great service from roof rack today! I ordered something that wouldn't fit my van. I wasn't actually aware it wasn't right until they called me to double check. Gave me a alternative that would fit and had it out for delivery the next day. Most companies would've sent my original order without checking. I really appreciate them going above and beyond.”

“Superb kit, I have been buying roof racks for vans for 40 years and these are one of the best I have used. Easy to fit, the instructions are easily followed, some parts laser cut for ease of identification and looks the business. Good sized materials so little chance of bending, very helpful staff, excellent communication and arrived fast. Well impresed”

“I ordered my Roof rack, Roller kit and ladders on a Friday, everything arrived exactly as ordered on the following Tuesday, all fitted by the end of Wdnesday. The three items were really well packed and arrived in excellent condition. The instructions for each kit were really clear, very easy to follow and all the parts of the fit I had been worried about turned out to be a breeze. The ladder instructions stated a 4mm pilot drill, for ease and comfort I used a 2mm, then a 4mm and finally a 9mm drill. HSS drill would have been fine but I bought coated bits for the job. The ladders took me just over an hour to fit and the roof rack with all the extra fittings took me another couple of hours after that, mostly cos I kept loosing my kit between running up and down the ladders. The quality of the components, the fit and finish was much better than I had expected it would be for the price. I really couldn't be more pleased.”

“It's when it goes wrong it counts. Forgot where is was (Beer) and ordered this to my home in the Highlands when I wanted it in Suffolk. Not only did they sort it to the correct address but rang and refunded me as well. Deffo Recommend. Have a Good guys and thanks”
