“Rood tube delivered with a scratch on it. Quality of roof rack is shocking. Scratched the bars by simply putting the roller brackets on so god knows what it will be like in a couple of months. One bracket for the roller was bent.”

“Absolutely brilliant but the roller attachment in the roof rack inhibits the opening of the rear lift up door therefore I was unable to make use of it”

A quick photo showing the clearance would help us advise precisely. Possible quick checks: - See if the roller can be slid or repositioned along the rail to gain clearance - Temporarily fold the roller away when opening the boot - If needed, we can discuss an alternative mounting or adjustment for your setup Thank you for the above information, we have sent you out new roller arms FOC to accommodate the clearance required.
