Hi David, Sorry to hear about the trouble fitting the brackets. That shouldn’t be required. We did call and email you to validate the instructions were followed as each bracket has an asigned location. We also would like to check that the correct kit was ordered for your van. If you can share your order number and a quick photo of the mounting area, we can arrange either a replacement kit that fits without modifying your vehicle. “Rood tube delivered with a scratch on it. Quality of roof rack is shocking. Scratched the bars by simply putting the roller brackets on so god knows what it will be like in a couple of months. One bracket for the roller was bent.”

“Terrible service ordered over Christmas then 2 weeks later after saying express delivery which did not state on the website had a email to say delivered to my home address I arrived home and nothing was left. Rang the small business up and was telling me it was my problem and was very rude and to get a crime number. How can I get a crime number when I didn’t even receive my parcel very rude on the phone was very argumentative not very helpful at all. I’ve then had to go out and pay double for a roof rack as he wouldn’t look into this or refund me back!! Disgusting customer service DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!”

Hi Denis, Thanks for your feedback on your recent order of Steel-Line roof bars. Our Steel-Line bars aren't promoted as being aerodynamic, with the focus being on strength instead. We recommend our ULTI bars if aerodynamics and fuel efficiency is your preference. As an alternate though, we can send you out a wind deflector to suit your current roof bars; This will reduce the wind noise and improve fuel consumption to a rate more like my speed of drinking a pint (I don't know Ryan, but I'm pretty sure I'd be slower). Whilst any roof rack will generate some noise and impact fuel consumption, this will hopefully give you a noticeable improvement. Let me know if you'd like one sent out. JH

“Sales description and photos on amazon are exceptionally misleading. When queried we were just told you will have to order the part separately, which we naturally assumed came with the order. We run a fleet of 20 vans and would not purchase again.”
