"I ordered my Roof rack, Roller kit and ladders on a Friday, everything arrived exactly as ordered on the following Tuesday, all fitted by the end of Wdnesday. The three items were really well packed and arrived in excellent condition.\r\n\r\nThe instructions for each kit were really clear, very easy to follow and all the parts of the fit I had been worried about turned out to be a breeze. The ladder instructions stated a 4mm pilot drill, for ease and comfort I used a 2mm, then a 4mm and finally a 9mm drill. HSS drill would have been fine but I bought coated bits for the job.\r\n\r\nThe ladders took me just over an hour to fit and the roof rack with all the extra fittings took me another couple of hours after that, mostly cos I kept loosing my kit between running up and down the ladders.\r\n\r\nThe quality of the components, the fit and finish was much better than I had expected it would be for the price. I really couldn't be more pleased. "
