Hi David, We’re very sorry that your rooflight arrived damaged in transit and that it took longer than expected to resolve. Unfortunately, we were reliant on the manufacturer responding and arranging the replacement, but we appreciate that you should not have been left waiting for an update. We’re pleased that we were ultimately able to arrange a replacement and get this delivered to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this.

“We ordered and paid for two of your flat glazed rooflights only to find that the deivery time had been extended to three weeks. The website had stated 3-5 days! When this was questioned we were told 'very sorry, there was a mistake on the website'. Our project has now been delayed. The rooflights have not yet arrived - they are expected in two days time.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the delay and fully understand the impact this has had on your project. You are correct that the graphic above the product options incorrectly showed a delivery time of 3–5 working days when it should have stated 3–5 weeks. Although the correct lead time was shown within the delivery information tab, we accept that the conflicting information was misleading. The graphic has now been corrected. When your order was placed, we also discovered that the manufacturer had run out of stock of this particular item. We informed you as soon as we became aware and escalated the order with the manufacturer, enabling us to bring the delivery forward from the date originally provided. We appreciate that this does not undo the inconvenience caused, but please be assured that we did everything possible to minimise the delay. Please accept our sincere apologies for the website error and the disruption to your project.
