“Site was easy to use and product arrived within the time specified”

“quality of the product is good but it does look like the person who made it doesnt like their job, was having a bad day or just doesnt actually have any pride in the work they do . one of the strut brackets is wonky and the other touches the window .also a sticker was put on the inside showing and its a total nightmare trying to get the glue from the plastic.nevertheless it looks great at a glance...”

“Very efficient except that the diver did not phone me beforehand about delivery but only when he arrived. He said that he was not told to phone one hour before as agreed when I phoned. Breakdown in management?”

“Good skylightonly problem I found was the two layers weren't stuck together very well was going to stick skylight down with mastic but as the parts wasn't stuck together could not risk wind lifting it,had to.screw down which is OK, but any hole through a roof is a potential leak otherwise great quick delivery on time”

“The roof light has not been fitted yet So this regards the order and delivery, the order process was good and got a confirmed order, and within days was sent an email with a delivery date, however when delivery day came I had to chase a delivery time, which I got and the logistics company arrived on time and was a lovely happy local friendly bloke”

Hi Leslie thanks for your kind review. Unfortunately we are not provided with ETA's in advance from our couriers however if one is required we are always happy to speak to them on the day of delivery.

“I had checked online to find the rooflights available in the size and type I was looking for. After I selected these supplied by you I placed my order and the domes were delivered in two days, Thank you for the quick response. My roofing project has now been delayed but I will let you know after they have been installed. I will recommend your company to anyone looking for a similar product. Best regards. Scott.”

“Arrived as advised, well packaged and undamaged. Fits well and looks good. It has yet to withstand a heavy downpour but if it does I will be ordering more. My only gripe is that not all the plastic cups provided to cover the fastenings clipped into place and needed a dab of sealant to hole them in place.”

“We were having an extension and had to block 2 windows out losing a lot of natural light. We put 1 rooflight in and it has done a good job and brightened that area up with natural light. Could be a bit brighter as not as bright as before but it has still made a difference without the use of lights.”
