“Following delivery of the above order on Friday a day later than the phone call to advise delivery on the Thursday (which we waited in all day for!) for it to not arrive. I was appalled by the state of the packaging on delivery for a £672 skylight. It was totally wrecked during transit. I cannot understand how something this valuable is sent in a flimsy cardboard box with little or no protection (see photos attached).”

Hi Tony Firstly, please accept my apologies for your delivery being a day later than expected, the email you received would have said the anticipated delivery was Thursday 20th however we are experiencing issues with couriers and unfortunately your order was affected by this. I have raised a complaint with the courier regarding the state of the packaging as this would have left the factory in perfect condition, thank you for making us aware of this as it helps us to improve our service. I trust the unit was undamaged as you do not mention this in your review but if there are any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
