“Great quick service but as specified when ordering 7.5T weight limit access so 18T lorry arrived unable to access road . So to enable the delivery to happen we had to accuire the assistance of a builder with a van and meet the delivery driver about 1 mile from our address on a main A road . No fault of the driver but very poor as information asked for completely ignored.”

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delivery issue. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been. As part of our process, we did communicate your 7.5T weight limit requirement to the manufacturer, who in turn passed this on to the delivery company. Unfortunately, it appears this request was not followed through as expected, which is certainly not the level of service we aim for. While we do not directly control the delivery vehicles used, we are actively addressing this with our partners to ensure such requests are properly adhered to in the future. We truly appreciate your patience in resolving the situation and thank you for choosing us.

“Order process was straight forward however I was expecting to recieve an email when the delivery is due, but there was no communication and I had to call Rooflight to check when they will deliver.”

Regarding the delivery notification, our usual practice is to send an email once the delivery schedule is confirmed with our factory. In this instance, as you called us before this was finalised, we were able to provide the information directly over the phone instead. We’re also glad to have exceeded the standard delivery time, with your order arriving in 2 working days rather than the typical 3-5 days. Your feedback is valuable to us as we continually work to improve our communication and service.

“well short changed us on the white compresion tape, 2no rolls for 9no 1200 x 1200 roof doams. got five done the had to go to screwfix. delivery was fast and as planned and price was here or there with in a few pence.”

I am very sorry to hear there wasn't enough tape to fit all the units you ordered. We do endeavour to send out the correct amount however there must have been a picking error in this instance. We would have been more than happy to send out more tape had we been made aware. I am glad to hear the price and delivery did not disappoint.

“Ordered skylight on line with next available delivery date of the 19th dec Expecting delivery of unit which hasn’t turned up so call a number on website to be told to expect delivery on the 4th of Jan No communication from company so we’re await and see what happens on the 4th”

“I'm happy with the contact but very disappointed that the delivery doesn't have a crane or something similar to off-load the product from the vehicle. We are having to time it with others being there to help, which as you can imagine isn't easy.”

“The product was fine as was delivery, However the enclosed instructions were not. The first otem purchased was a 600 x 600 skylight , which the instruction said make a 1100x 1100 external frame , 100 x 1000 internal. The second item purchased was a 1000 x 1000 skylight and whilst the instructions were the same the requirement is in fact for less than the size specified.”

Hi Keith Thanks for your feedback on the fitting instructions, these have recently been changed by our manufacturer and we agree that there has been an oversight for units supplied with a kerb for direct fitting to the roof. This will be corrected and new updated fitting instructions will be supplied with all future orders. Please accept my apologies for any confusion. Kind regards Charlotte
