“I ordered a roof box and bars but unfortunately they didn’t fit (my fault) the lady on the phone was very helpful and agreed that I could return them for a full refund even though the time to do it lapsed due to the cyber attack on JLR late last year they still excepted the refund and I received it all in full. I have previously purchased Thule bike racks boxes and bars for other cars and was very satisfied with my purchases. I would highly recommend”

“Was recommended the Buzzrack and The Roof Box Company by community of MTB members for my e-bike. Fantastic piece of kit. Easy assembled, fully tracked and prompt delivery (even to Northern Ireland). Easy to use, handle and fit. (My first outing I had 2 e-mtb’s on it and they felt very secure). Have recommended the product to other people.”

“I made an enquiry months prior to the purchase and they responded the same day. The information passed was accurate as this roof box was on the larger size and I didn’t want it to clash with the boot hatch, which it doesn’t. Great price and quick delivery. Faultless service.”
