“Zip it seat covers were out of stock when I ordered was given a delivery date and they delivered when they said and payment was not taken until delivery very good company to deal with and the seat covers were a good quality 🙂”

“I changed vehicles so needed a new fixing kit which arrived promptly. I managed to loose some of the necessary parts of the original but I was helped to sort out the problem, staff were helpful and efficient. Highly recommended”

“Ordered a dog travel crate and additional bed at a later stage. Caree system feels really safe and secure for my dog (he's 7kg) and he seems content when travelling in it. This system is great for smaller dogs. Excellent information on the website and when contacting Roof Box Co. Ordered processed and delivered as promised. Would buy from them again.”

“Wanted a very specific part for my Artera Evo 2 bike rack. Lady on phone sourced the part, gave me a delivery date and also for just £2 advised I buy the supplementary part to go with it. Which was needed. Great service, great knowledge of their products.”

“After I made a stupid mistake and lost one of the Wispbar roof bar end caps its was great to find not only could the spare parts be ordered at a reasonable cost but even the lock barrel could be matched to the existing keys. Delivery was fast and my conscience assuaged.”

“I had a new Toyota with fixed point roof bar mounts with 890mm distance between them. This seemed to rule out my exsiting roof box but talking to the Roof Box Company I was told that the exsiting roof box could use T slot adaptors that would allow it to be fitted to new Atera Roof bars. The whole kit of roof bars and T slot adaptors fitted together very easily and works well. I would add that the Atera roof bars come ready assembled for the car, and are very quiet without the roof box fitted. Throughout the comapny agents have been very freindly, and helpful by phone or email, and extremly patient too.”

“I needed some spare parts for a bike carrier. Unfortunately the manufacturer doesnt release the bits I needed. Brenda and her customer service team went out of their way to help and advise on self repairing the damaged parts, which amazingly i was able to do (with some help!).”
