“Swift response and good product, but unfortunately it was slightly damaged when received, which I assume was done either in a warehouse or in transit. I did not return the item due to its size and the cost to me to return it, but still disappointing all the same.”

“What a fantastic experience. So lucky to come across this company. The website is amazing with sharing there knowledge of roof boxes regarding sizes, brands and types of roof bars. I had no idea there was such a range of items after only ever seeing those on display in Halfords. So please with being able to make the correct choice of what i needed after reading there website and then phoning them up to confirm my new knowledge and them agreeing with what i had chosen for piece of mind. Delivery and pricing again was superb and its nice to be on the road with a box that's different to the rest of the Halfords shoppers”

“Great customer service, and helpful information about their products. Ordering was easy and I did not have to wait to long for delivery. Instalation instructions were easy to follow especially changing the lock barrels. The only down side is where to store it when I have finished holidaying?!!!”

“I've always been impressed with the fast turnaround from Roof Box Company. This time I chose the wrong bike rack but was blown away by the amazing customer service and their 90 day exchange program. Within a couple of days I had a replacement model compatible with my T5 tailgate and was refunded for the original purchase within days of a courier arriving collect the old one. Can't recommend them enough, thank you!”

“Great deal bundle and very thing was easy to install. We got the KAMEI Husky 510 and it fitted two full sized suitcases with a could of rucksacks as well. Arrived on time and was left in my safe deliver spot as requested. If I ever need another roof box, I would get it from them. Pretty sure i will purchase the accesories for the roof bars at somepoint, so I can carry timber from the local diy store.”

“We ordered a bike carrier, it came with an adapter and free strap. The equipment we received is good quality, very sturdy for our two electric bikes, and easy to fit. We are very pleased. The ordering on the website was straight forward and easy, the delivery was great. Highly recommend The Roof Box Company. Good kit for way less than others we looked at.”

“The product was the only one I could find available that has so much flexibility. While assembling the parts I had a few issues but, within a short time of contacting them, Roof box gave me the information I needed to complete. So very happy with service as well as the products I bought.”
